Hi everyone, is anyone here following the concept of 12-week year? It's a book and the idea is to achieve your yearly goal in a matter of 12 weeks. The book gives the example of how most of the sales in a company happens towards the end of the year when they have to meet the sales quota -- showing that we achieve only as the deadline approaches. I found the approach beautiful, the book is really well written. I'm starting my new 12-week year this month and would keep updating.

Hi everyone, I remember being so excited when I joined this group. Somehow, I became infrequent here and that was NOT good for me. So, here's the thing: my agency has been stuck in one revenue level for way too long. The reason, as I see it, is my inability to let go of current clients and hence not increasing my prices. Also, not being able to add on another service that will take this thing to the next level. Has anyone else faced a similar issue in business? If yes, how did you get out of it? Thanks!

Hi everyone, I joined this community today after Andrew's video on Alex Hormozi. I've followed Andrew for a long time and his videos were always valuable for me. I even took part in the detox challenge earlier. I feel incredibly lucky to be part of this community where everyone is trying to get better. I've always felt like an outcast with my school/college friends because I could never talk to them about my goals or book recommendations or advice on getting better. The concept of second brain is so new to me but I'm so lucky to have come across the video and the concept. I'm so so so excited to be here.
