Question for video gearheads out there

Lets say I wanted to record myself for nearly all of my waking hours (think Truman Show), how would you do this?

I have 2 dslr cameras already (no wide angle lenses though), and spend most of my time in a car, at home, or semi-mobile at like the gym.

Go Pros mounted with mics in various rooms, or lav mic myself at all times? Then power supply and tons of memory cards? Not sure if there are better options than go pro out there or not.

Bonus, is it possible to livestream for a week+ in this format?

This kind of stuff hurts my brain haha
