I Created A Time Prioritizing Tool (test it out!)
Hey everyone, lately I've been trying different ways to prioritize my time throughout the day (and still am). I created This Google Sheet which basically tells you how to prioritize your tasks throughout your day.
How It works:
The idea is to write your daily tasks under "To Do" and fill out each of the metrics on the right from 1-10 (for example: Easy is 10, hard should be 0. Important is 10, not important should be 0).
Don't spend more than 5 seconds on each number. It shouldn't take too long.
Once you insert all the numbers, it will calculate the overall score on the right side.
I tested multiple ways of changing the variants and the weight each one of them has. This is the best I've got for now.
Let me know what you think. If it should be optimized differently (emphasis on other metrics, etc).
