Sync Vault friends - I'm about to start pitching some cinematic electronica songs to libraries and agencies for the first time, and I'm trying to cut a 10-song playlist at least in half. We all know the folks on the other end of sync pitches typically listen to 3 to 5 seconds of the intro, and then scrub through a few additional seconds to determine if anything catches their attention -- so I'd love for some of you to check out my playlist, act like you are in charge of fielding pitches for a library or agency, and vote for any song of mine that catches your attention. This is a question I ask everyone the joins this group but wanted to make sure we get the conversation out in the open so everyone can benefit. To be brutally honest, I still struggle with finishing enough quality music and staying consistent and like I told Virgil Cash on a DM, for a long time I struggled with self sabotage - I knew the business side yet held myself back. Luckily I've found ways to push past that BS and hope to share some of the mindset work that's been helpful for me. But let's talk about you!
