Can you relate to this...... A second being resides within your body along with you. It speaks through you and it tells you what to do, and you think it is you. You believe it is you, because it sounds like you. It mimics you. It judges you and it tells you to judge others. It puts you down and tells you negative things about yourself. It causes you to compare yourself to others and more than often tells you things to make you feel inadequate. It tells you, you are better than others and causes you to look down and seperate yourself from other beings. It knows your past and it knows everything about your life. How much time do you spend thinking about your past? You don't like doing what it wants you to do but you don't question it. You just believe it and you do what it wants you to do, say and feel. You feel out of control in certain aspects of your life, and thats because it is controlling you. Whenever you are out of control, it is in control. Sometimes you don't like yourself because you believe this second being is you and you are ashamed to be this way, so you hide and lie to yourself. It makes you live in denial. It makes you run away from your truth, because it knows that your truth will set you free. It tells you lies about yourself because it wants you to feel and play small. Are you playing small because you fear rejection or worry about what others will think of you? Do you feel like there is two of you inside of you - one that is for you and the other that is against you?

I know this sounds silly, but listen. A few weeks ago I was lying in my bed high asf (i do not smoke much. Just now and then) in the middle of the night. And then I came across a video that gave me a lot of clarity. The video seemed to tie together and connect a lot of dots ends in my head. Something definitely set something in motion inside me. I felt a very very nice warmth in the center of my body. In my solar plexus. It was so nice and warm and it went up to my heart. Then my heart was also so nice and warm. I felt so loved. I felt very good at that moment. I lay there for I don't know how long, totally peaceful in my bed with a big smile on my face, just enjoying it. And since I was fried I felt all of this even more intensely Since my heart was torn out by my ex four months ago, a lot has been happening to me. I like the change in me. But what is it about what happened to me in this situation? I honestly have no idea. So I believe and I'm pretty sure that it was God. The love of God / the first uncaused cause / the creative force / the universe / energy, whatever you call it.
