(Don’t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) Let me tell you a story, back a few years ago when I was in school. I remember I would always tread my PE class day. Not because I did not like excercise and etc, but because I did not want to get beat by others! I did not want to accept that x person was better than me at a certain thing, so as a result of that I never tried / give the sports any real go. Because I was afraid of the feeling I would get if I gave it my all yet got beaten by others. And it got me thinking, really as long as you give your all with whatever you are doing whether it be sports or of course your mental health / healing journey, if you try fully, that is truthfully all you can do. It is similar to my point of how focusing on your results is dumb and instead focus on imputs / actions that get those results. Thank you for reading, hope it was valuable.
