💬 Expert Q&A – Ask Our Trainers, Nutritionists & Physiotherapists
This is your space to ask our experts anything – about training, nutrition, or physiotherapy. Post your question in the comments below and our specialists will reply regularly. 🙌 🧭 How It Works To help us keep things organized, always start your comment with the category your question belongs to: - TRAINING / NUTRITION / PHYSIO - Then write your question underneath. 👉 This makes it easier for everyone to follow and learn from the answers. ✍️ Examples: 💪 TRAINING: I’m struggling to keep a consistent running routine – how often should I run to build endurance without overtraining? 🥗 NUTRITION: What’s a good post-run breakfast if I don’t have much time in the morning? 🧘‍♀️ PHYSIO: I often feel tightness in my lower back after working at a desk – what simple stretches would you recommend? 💡 Tip: Don’t hesitate to ask even the small questions – they often help others too. Feel free to reply to other members’ comments or share your own experience. 💬 Ask, share, and grow together. 🌿

Ask an Expert – Nutrition Consultation with Sabina Nováková
📅 Date: March 20, 2026 ⏰ Time: 9:00–10:00 💻 Online session (Zoom) Link: https://zoom.us/j/97680652778?pwd=JwCg7URt25TWcHkfXb3jL3dXgZpHXC.1 Understanding how nutrition affects sleep and recovery is essential for long-term health and performance. Many people focus only on what they eat during the day, but evening nutrition plays a key role in how well the body regenerates overnight. In this Ask an Expert session, Sabina Nováková will explain how the timing, size, and composition of your evening meals influence digestion, hormone balance, and sleep quality. You will learn how to structure your nutrition so it supports recovery instead of disrupting it. You can ask about:• when to eat your last meal before sleep• which foods support better sleep and recovery• which foods may negatively affect sleep quality• how late meals influence metabolism and overnight regeneration During the session, you will also have the opportunity to ask your own questions and receive practical recommendations that you can apply immediately in your daily routine. This session is part of our Ask an Expert series, where we regularly invite experienced professionals to share practical knowledge and open discussion with the community. 📍 All events are hosted inside Sparring Point Online. If you want to better understand how evening nutrition affects sleep, recovery, and long term performance, this session is for you.
