In this Ask an Expert session, Robin Kulda will explain how professional training programs combine general physical preparation with sport specific training. You will learn why strength training is important even for endurance athletes and how a balanced program helps prevent injuries and performance plateaus. You can ask about: • how to combine running, cycling or gym training with strength work• how to avoid overuse injuries• why strength training helps endurance athletes• how to build a stronger athletic foundation During the session, you will also have the opportunity to ask your own questions and receive practical recommendations that you can apply immediately in your training.
