One Day At A Time..
One day at a time and if a day feels overwhelming I focus on one choice at a time (Thank you coach for this advice). Yesterday was very busy and hard, I chose to look at the wins of the day and use the rest as - "what can I learn or do better tomorrow". My eating habits - prep healthy snacks and meals...
Moving my body for 30min every day I am on a 5 day streak and it feels great! There were many things I could of used as excuses not to exercise this week but I chose to move out of my comfort zone. I Am Proud! 😁☺️
