Well done everyone,so proud of you👏🏽 I have overnight prayers this weekend that wrap up around 4:00 AM, so I head straight to sleep afterward and skipping my walk. The focus is fully on spiritual fitness for me this weekend, we do this one weekend in a month but I will definitely join you all on the next one. You are doing great🤍
DAY 75 Adjusting my habit system
The Habit That Worked Best:doing the hard things inthe morning One Challenge I Noticed:it gets better every day One Adjustment I Made:Instead of scheduling hard tasks at a rigid time, I dedicate a morning window (anytime before noon) to complete them My Minimum Standard:completing hard tasks before noon My Recovery Rule: If I miss a habit, I will do the habit again the following day Today I proved: I AM someone who builds a system I can follow consistently because I am building an identity of success

I AM consistent
My Biggest Consistency Challenge:time window My Backup Plan: When this happens, I will still set a timer My Minimum Standard:for it before noon My Recovery Rule:try again the following day at the exact time My Identity Statement: I AM someone who is consistent Today I proved: I AM someone who stays consistent because I am building a life structured on a strong identity stsystem

Can you do 15 sit to stand from a chair without pressing on your legs or the sides to get up?

I've been practicing this😅
Day 73
My 3 Daily Success Habits: 1.Money making tasks, structured working time 2.2 hours with my kids 3.Reading the Bible When I Will Complete Them: My Biggest Consistency Challenge:to committing to a well structured daily routine My Backup Plan: When this happens, I will still set a timer Today I proved: I AM someone who prepares for consistency because it helps me pre-decide and helps me build an environment and schedule were distrctions are less.
