Hi everyone, As part of our commitment to keep improving the I AM Tribe experience, we have made a few updates inside the Classroom section based on your feedback. The I AM 84 journey has now been divided into 3 clear stages: 1️⃣ First 28 Day Challenge2️⃣ Second 28 Day Challenge3️⃣ Final 28 Day Challenge If you were already busy with the I AM 84 and are currently around Week 5 or Week 6, you will now find your next lessons inside the Second 28 Day Challenge section. Once you complete those 28 days, you will then move into the Final 28 Day Challenge, which completes the full 84-day journey. Nothing has been removed — we have simply made the journey easier to follow, more structured, and clearer for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and for growing with us as we continue improving the community. Keep pushing, Tribe. One day at a time. 💪 I AM becoming.

One Day At A Time..
One day at a time and if a day feels overwhelming I focus on one choice at a time (Thank you coach @Michelle Mendonca for this advice). Yesterday was very busy and hard, I chose to look at the wins of the day and use the rest as - "what can I learn or do better tomorrow". My eating habits - prep healthy snacks and meals... Moving my body for 30min every day I am on a 5 day streak and it feels great! There were many things I could of used as excuses not to exercise this week but I chose to move out of my comfort zone. I Am Proud! 😁☺️
