The Value I Am Focusing On: Integrity The Action I Repeated Today: Writing down the action and completing the list one by one What I Noticed: I need things to be visual in order for me to complete it, Writing is an important step My Standard Going Forward: To live this value more consistently, I will continue to write it the list down and take action from there. Today I proved: I AM someone who follows through on what matters because it speaks to who I am becoming. Being true to myself, setting priorities and taking action steps. I need to have integrity with myself and align to who I am becoming before I can live that action toward others consistently. I need to take the actions that I set out to do.

I AM one step closer. I AM one step stronger. I AM becoming with every step I choose.
