I AM Consistent
We become what consistently do… Out thoughts become actions, actions repeated consistently become habits, habits become behaviour and then it becomes our identity….

Day 76: making My Habits Part of My Lifestyle
My 3 Daily Success Habits: 1.Creating 60 minutes distraction-free family time 2.Spend 45 minutes planning the night before for tomorrow 3. Setting aside 45 minutes learning a new skill Why My System Works for Me: My system works for me because supports my values and priorities. My Minimum Standard: My minimum version is to reduce the total time without abandoning the habit completely. My Recovery Rule: When life disrupts my routine, I will complete my minimum version instead skipping it completely. My Identity Anchor: I AM someone who builds success through consistent daily habits. Today I proved: I AM someone who follows through because I honour the commitments I make with myself, this builds confidence and self trust.

I AM grateful for the opportunity I have to grow and be challenged everyday. I AM grateful for awakening that I have experienced during this journey.
Day 75: Adjusting my Habit System
The Habit That Worked Best: My “Learning new skills” Habit worked best. One Challenge I Noticed: One challenge I noticed was with the “Distraction-Free Family time”, because it requires all of us to sync our schedules and routines. One Adjustment I Made: One adjustment I made was to start with 30 minutes of Family time habit My Minimum Standard: My minimum standard is to reduce the total time spent and not skipping the routine altogether. My Recovery Rule: If I miss a habit, I will start again the next day with the habit that I missed and continue on with the next habit. Today I proved: I AM someone who builds a system I can follow consistently because I value and honour the commitments I make to myself. I AM someone who value discipline over comfort, because it supports the values and vision of the future me.

Day 74: Building my Consistency System that Survives Difficult Days
My Biggest Consistency Challenge: My biggest consistency challenge is when work gets busy and I feel exhausted. My Backup Plan: When life and work get busy, I will still focus on acting on my minimum version of my habits. My Minimum Standard: My minimum standard is to reduce the total time spent and not skipping the routine altogether. My Recovery Rule: If I miss the “Learning New Skills” habit, I will complete my minimum version if there is time. If I miss the “Distraction-free Family time” habit, I will start again tomorrow and not wait for Monday. If I miss the “Forward Planning” Habit, I will complete at the next opportunity. My Identity Statement: I AM someone who focuses on being consistent rather than worry about being perfect. Today I proved: I AM someone who stays consistent because I have learnt to honour the commitments that I make with myself. I choose to focus on being consistent rather than being perfect. I AM choosing to be more.
