The I AM Tribe| Health & Identity has encouraged me to be more intentional about my wellbeing and the person I am becoming. The daily reflections help me recognise what drains my energy, set clearer standards and turn intentions into small actions. My progress includes making time for walks, rest and being present with my family. I appreciate the focus on consistent action and recognising everyday wins. I am learning that a quieter week can still hold meaningful progress.

This community has been incredible. The support you get going through the training material and also after makes me feel like I am part of something bigger than myself. I would recommend this platform to anyone wanting to find themselves again, knowing that your true Identity is buried somewhere inside and wants to come out. You can truly be free.

I love what this community stands for! Very committed tribal leader who walks the talk! Members are actively engaged, supportive and encouraging which makes for a rich and rewarding learning experience. If you want to grow into the best version of yourself, then this is the group for you!

Over the last few months I have gone through some insane changes. Learning to not only transform my thinking , I lost weight, Have better health, and I am feeling great. My general attitute toward life is so much better. My daghter now calls me " The Best Dad Ever" . Thank you Barry and Team for helping me move forward after the passing of my wife a few months ago. Identity change through IM saved my life and gave me a new purpose.

This community has completely transformed how I view life, how I relate to others, and how I show up,both for myself and for the world. We don't choose the families we are born into, but a like-minded community is the family we get to choose for ourselves. That is exactly what the I AM Tribe is to me. It gave me the space to see the greatness that was already inside me. I am truly grateful. 🙏🏾
