Daily progress
I've been keeping daily progress and sharing my progress with reparenting and just reach episode 538 of my daily podcast. It's a free podcast where I document my progress and share lessons I wish I had learned earlier. It's really been helping me to stay focused. new physical PRs
I'm currently working on my 2nd degree black belt. in addition to the martial arts there are physical requirements to sign off on before I can test. started completing them a week ago and yesterday I completed the last one allowing me to test this fall meaning I don't have to wait 6 months for the next test. sub 50 minute 5 mile run 2000 jumping jacks straight 100 push-ups in 2.5 minutes 163 situps in 3 minutes also raced my JROTC unit up a mini mountain yesterday (1 mile trail to the top) and won. I'm sore and feel good about it. I think the only thing not sore rn is my biceps

Hey guys ! I hope you are all doing good . I am doing good Actually , I wanna write this post right here to celebrate 2 weeks and half of abstinence from lust ! No lustful thinking / watching or anything similar to it I was introduced to the lustful practices when I was 8 . ( Yeah I was way too young ) And during my high school years , I drowned into the bad habits and I thought it was not okay to continue like that Until this year , I said this will not happen again , I'm not gonna waste my life following list and letting it lead me through the darkest holes . I am proud of myself because I always said that this day will never come and that it was Soo hard to break that bad habit And here I am today , clean and happy ! I identified my triggers and eliminated them , this is why I am here standing and very proud of myself that I finally did it !
