A: DOMAIN
Choose the area you’re focusing on this week:
💛 Relationships | 🥦 Fuel | 🏃‍♀️ Move | 😌 Stress
B: DEFINE IT
What’s one thing you’ll focus on?
→ Example: “Eat more veggies”
C: GOOD / BETTER / BEST VERSION
Set your goal with flexibility — so you win even on hard weeks:
GOOD: doable on your hardest week → 1 extra serving
BETTER: what you can hit most weeks → 2 extra servings/day
BEST: a stretch that still feels realistic → 3 extra servings/day

Share what worked, what didn’t, or what surprised you.
