Happy Sunday shift day!
🌟 1) An email popped into my inbox today, and I thought, "Oh my gosh, they're talking about the Sunday Shift." It was a book review about how planning for the biggest constraints usually helps everyone. One of the stories was about changing sidewalks to make them more wheelchair-accessible. Suddenly, there were more people walking with strollers, more people with carts, and people carrying grocery bags on wheels. When we plan our lives for the biggest constraint, we lift everyone... because everyone's life is constrained at least some of the time. If we figure out how to eat well when we only have 5 minutes. We lift our floor, we lift our consistency.
🌟 2) we plan for constraunt with the Sunday Shift: the Good, Better, Best framework. We plan the "good" for a hard week because we are already planning for a constrained week. If we figure out what success looks like on a constrained week and build on that over time, we raise our floor more consistently. That's the life-changing impact of the Good, Better, Best framework.
✨ TWO OPTIONS: Choose YOUR Adventure

✅ OPTION 1: Self-Led Vision
Your Good / Better / Best for the week ahead
────────────────────────────
The goal today is to address what I'm hearing a lot in the group: taking a break from habits to figure out what to focus on. That insight is huge because it's the basis of success.

✅ OPTION 2: For those who bought the Energy Code Challenge
Last video is about getting focused, your next best move
────────────────────────────
For all of you in the Energy Code Challenge, if you haven't watched the last video, it's all about helping you figure out your next best move.
It's an underestimated conversation piece, but it's essential... because you can't have ten focuses and expect to be successful. The work is getting focused.
