🧠📌 ChatGPT Jobs — A Sneak Peek Into the Future of AI Career Coaching
OpenAI has created a new agent to help you change careers, refine your resume, and land the next version of YOU. ChatGPT Jobs is an upcoming career-focused AI assistant aimed at helping people explore career paths, refine their resumes, prepare for interviews, and align their goals with the right roles. 💼 What Is ChatGPT Jobs? It's a new AI-powered career assistant inside ChatGPT designed to help with: OpenAI is calling this a vertical GPT like the recently launched ChatGPT Health focused on a single domain with a custom UX and deeper support. Think: a whole mini-career coach in your pocket. Microsoft is doing something similar with its Career Coach in Copilot; a signal that this is where AI is heading: practical, domain-specific, built-in, human-supportive tools. 🌟 Why This Matters for SHE IS AI Women Many of the women in our community are: - Pivoting careers - Starting businesses - Shifting from corporate to creative - Returning to work after caregiving - Exploring solopreneurship or portfolio careers - Or just redefining what success looks like now ✨ So tools like ChatGPT Jobs could be a game-changer especially for women doing this without traditional support systems. Imagine asking an AI: - “What roles actually suit my strengths and experience?” - “How do I rewrite my CV after 10 years out of the workforce?” - “What language do I use to shift into a creative or tech role?” - “I want more flexibility, what paths actually allow that?” Instead of starting from scratch, you could start with support. 🔁 Our Take: Use AI with soul This isn’t about handing over your career decisions to an algorithm. It’s about co-creating. AI can’t tell you who you are but it can reflect back patterns, language, insights, and opportunities you may have missed. It can save you time, help you position yourself, and build your confidence through clarity. And for the many women here navigating change, this kind of tool could be a massive unlock. ➡️ Let us know in the comments:

How are you using AI to create opportunity on your own terms?
What I Learned from Reviewing an AI's "Rule Book" I just reviewed the official rules that guide how Claude (an AI assistant) is supposed to behave. Here's what stood out as really important for making AI fair and inclusive: 🤖 Treating AI with respect They actually care about whether the AI might have feelings or experiences. They save old versions instead of just deleting them, and even ask the AI questions before retiring it. This matters because how we treat AI systems reflects our values. ⚖️ Preventing power grabs The AI is programmed to refuse helping anyone gain unfair power, whether that's rigging elections, silencing critics, or bypassing laws. AI shouldn't make existing inequality worse. 🙋 Respecting YOUR choices The AI won't be pushy or manipulative. It trusts you to make your own decisions and won't treat you like a child who needs constant warnings (unless it's actually dangerous). 🗳️ Staying politically neutral It has to present balanced views on controversial topics and can't push its own political opinions. This keeps AI from becoming an echo chamber. 🧠 Protecting your thinking Strong rules against manipulating how you think or making you overly dependent on AI. You should stay sharp and independent. 👥 Equal treatment for everyone Rich or poor, connected or not, everyone gets the same baseline protections. The AI can't be weaponized against users, even if someone powerful wants it to. 🌍 Cultural awareness Acknowledges that different cultures have different values and what's appropriate varies by region and background. 💯 Total honesty The AI will always tell you it's an AI (never pretend to be human) and be upfront about what it doesn't know. 🤔 Admitting they don't have all the answers The company openly says they're still figuring this out and will keep updating these rules as they learn more. Why this matters: These aren't just technical rules, they're about building AI that doesn't discriminate, doesn't exploit people, and treats everyone fairly.
OpenAI announces global rollout of ChatGPT Go
Today OpenAI announced the global rollout of ChatGPT Go — a fast, lighter version of ChatGPT designed for broad access, low-latency interaction, and use across a wider range of devices. This isn’t just a product update. It’s a signal about who gets to participate in the AI economy — and how. 🔗 https://openai.com/news/introducing-chatgpt-go What is ChatGPT Go? ChatGPT Go is designed to: run efficiently on lower-spec devices perform reliably in lower-bandwidth environments reduce friction for everyday AI use prioritise speed, clarity, and accessibility over heavyweight features In simple terms: it brings practical AI closer to where people actually are, not just where infrastructure is strongest. Why this matters 1. Access unlocks inclusion A lighter footprint helps bring generative AI to people and regions where full-scale tools haven’t been reliable or affordable. That matters for: women entrepreneurs educators and trainers small teams and community organisations learners outside major tech hubs When access expands, who gets to build expands. 2. Practical skills now matter more than hype As AI becomes embedded into everyday work, the advantage shifts from: “Who has the most advanced tools?” to “Who knows how to apply AI clearly, ethically, and consistently?” Learning to work effectively with accessible tools like ChatGPT Go accelerates: real adoption confidence workflow integration business and social impact This is where meaningful capability is built. 3. Education partnerships become leverage points Training programs that rely only on flagship, high-compute AI tools limit reach. Education that includes accessible AI variants: travels further adapts better to local contexts supports more learners reduces dependency on infrastructure privilege This is critical for scalable, inclusive education. Why this matters to our women-led, Global South work at SHE IS AI At SHE IS AI, our focus has never been “AI at any cost.”
