Yesterday was a milestone day.
After a bit of tinker I launched 36 new ads without logging into the ad manager.
I stayed in my zone of genius reviewing, editing and making changes.
And going forward I'll be asking my main man Claude what's working best, what needs adjusting and what the next moves are to scale.
What I realized going down this rabbit hole and listing to some smart people:
Traditional organization structures are dead. They were built for humans. The billionaires now are building a "hub" around an AI that they see will do the majority of work and decision making and the job the human is to simply supply the AI with inputs.
To stop promtabating the best way is to pull out a whiteboard and map what you need to do step-by-step by step to get a result. That "result" is the end thing you want done. Even for client work this is essential as you will find that there are steps along the path to get the outcome.
GTFO outside. Take walks, think, play. The trap I got myself into was sinking over my computer because I now have this powerful thing that has less and less limitations every week. You will mindlessly work if you don't hear the birds chirp and get outside.
Essentialism. The path of only using AI and building something that will lead to more sales and better client results (these go hand in hand). Everything else is just fluff.
I'm going to be sharing a lot of the workflows and ways I'm using Claude to scale our biz in The Semi Passive Income Sprint.
But now that it's closed, we're working on getting our offers and ads scaled up for our publishing offer.
Off to the forest for a few hours before our client call starts.
