Why I Deleted GHL
A lot of folks were asking why I ripped out GHL and wanted to reply The philosophy of why I'm doing this is very simple: 1. Let humans focus on the 5% of things that actually move the needle in the business (content, voice, the fun deep work) 2. Let AI do the stuff we don't want to do (funnel building, automations, tech, transcribing videos for the learning platform, setting up ads, running CRO & Split tests, replying to "pressing" DM's etc). This is why I told my team that our goal every year is to drop 70% of what they're doing and hand it off to AI. The core reason GHL or any platform didn't work anymore is because it was built for humans, not AI. The future vision I see as AI models getting better and better is I simply record content and AI self optimizes rolling out new sales pages, split tests, ads and content based on performance and what I'm creating. Think big AI brain doing the work. Now to be clear in the current state of where we are... I'm not saying AI can just do "everything" at a level that it works. Some of the ads it wrote me were absolutely horrific. When I said "build an offer" with zero direction, it sucked! But I would rather spend an hour in Claude Design building our offer out that can scale to 6 figures a month vs working with a funnel designer going back and forth for weeks. Easy peasy. It also changes the work from "exhaustion" to play. Which is why I decided I'm going to open up a few 1-on-1 spots next week. To personally work with you to install my agents in your biz so you can bolt on an extra 30K/month in a few hours per week without taking calls. If you want the details when the offer is live, reply back with "1-on-1" and I'll send them your way next week. Zac P.S Only for folks with established offers who want to scale to 100K/month in profit with a very lean team.

I'm yet to see an AI platform with reliable CRM system capabilities... Ex. Claude artififacts I'd be concerned it broke / lost data etc. Please keep us updated if you find one as flowchat is a little pricey at $300/mo 😅
Someone Asked Why I'm Getting Rid of GHL
Thought I would share my response below: Big reason we built our own is because I wanted a completely "AI first" platform rather than a human first platform like GHL is. I want to be able to launch things and make changes on my phone and GHL is a bit of a bottle neck to be able to do that. It is great if you're using their CRM/SMS or anything like that but I'm personally not using any of those features. Big focus for me is the funnel builder and scaling offers. --- All true because my goal is that this business works around my life rather than the other way around. And for me the best way to do that is to focus on my zone of genius and let AI handle the messy technical stuff. If you want to get access to the new platform I'm using which is built on a few different tools that Claude Code will setup for you, you can checkout the lounge here to see an example of a page built from the transcript of the video.

Love it when you share your thoughts and gems 💎
Where AI Is VERY Useful For Getting Buyers
Had a client show up to our call after getting rid of GHL in pure ecstasy. He went from being stuck in tech overwhelm to launching 3 offers. One of them is making 12 sales a day. In his words: "You unblocked my brain and I feel like I can do anything" Often times it's not actually knowing *what* to do but getting the obstacles out of the way. And my thought process is simple: Get clients out of tech overwhelm. This is why I had a big ephiany after this that the best way to do this is to install agentic workflows for Claude & ChatGPT (or any LLM) for clients rather than build a big software platform. Something like this which I'm giving to folks that join Evergreen Ads 3.0👇 So I can work my magic and then give them the tools to execute on it so they can launch like 🫰

What about CRM? what you using for tracking prospects through pipeline stages without GHL?
Chatgpt 5.6 Is Way Better at Copy Than Fable
I'm switching over all of our ad and sales page and writing workflows after I just created some ads and found 5.6 is way better. Not so much because of the words, but because of how conversational and smooth everything flows together in the writing.

How to Hit Your Target By "Playing With The Numbers" (With a Prompt)
Fun little exercise for you... If you have a goal (which most of you do), then this will help you get crystal clear on exactly what you need to do to hit it. And the best way to do that is to simply play with the numbers. Everything we want from business is in the numbers. People lie. Emotions tell us we're (insert how you're feeling that day) and that's why this is happening. Numbers give us the cold hard truth and facts. So I put in my target for one of our publishing offers, put in the current offer, put in the constraints and started playing with the math. And right away I could see clear as day that we needed 15 clients per month to hit our target. Which then reverse engineers to around 15 buyers per day. Nice. So you can do this yourself. This is a simple prompt to plug into your favorite AI tool to help you figure out the exact offers you need to grow your biz. Prompt: My goal is to make [insert target] per month from my business. Right now, I sell [insert current offer] for [insert price]. I want you to reverse engineer the numbers and show me the simplest path to hit my goal. Here are my constraints: - [Example: I don’t want to take sales calls] - [Example: I don’t want to sell super high-ticket] - [Example: I only want simple fulfillment] - [Example: I want this to work with paid ads] - [Example: I don’t want to build a huge team] Assume anything I don’t know. Use realistic numbers based on the type of offer I’m selling. Show me: 1. How many sales I need per month, week, and day. 2. What price points would make the goal easier. 3. What front-end offer, upsell, backend offer, or payment plan could make the math work. 4. The simplest offer ladder you’d recommend. 5. The daily numbers I’d need to focus on. 6. The biggest bottleneck in my current model. 7. The cleanest path to hit the goal without breaking my constraints. Be direct. Use simple math. No fluff. I want to see the numbers clearly so I know exactly what needs to happen.
