Proof I Need to Do Less and Give AI More Control
Good morning! So yesterday, I was fixing up a webinar for our partners launch starting today. Big price hike soon so we're aiming for a good run. But it got to the end of the day and I told myself I would get EG ads live. For context, I had been working on fine tuning the Operators that run our ads. I got Claude to drill me with questions about what to do in this situation or that situation after pulling all my previous transcripts about running ads. The end result is a complete agent Evergreen Ad engine that you download on your computer, say "start" and will help you do everything from launching, creating and diagnosing your ads. In my opinion, this is better than a course. But some of the tech wasn't setup yet on our platform yet where things were getting hosted so I simply: A) Recorded the welcome video B) Sent the Gdrive link C) Told ChatGPT to build it and launch it and went to hang with wifey. Seeing the output this morning it did a pretty good job. Some of the copy on the page that I corrected was wrong, easy fix. Did a great job setting up the Zoom Meet. The GHL workflow looked like it was setup properly. The email was basic and 𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘢 sounded like me (close enough). The page actually missed a few edits I made previously. And I thought it was a problem... Until I checked Stripe and saw $500 in sales. What this told me is quite simple: - The offer is the most important thing. Focus time energy attention on that and you'll be way ahead. - Live is better than perfect anyday. Saying this over and over again but the proof is in the pudding. - Let AI do more and more for you and you focus on the things that 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 matter Beyond excited for this one and future workshops with this model as I can literally 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘭 my brain in your AI for you. Pretty sweet. If you want to checkout EG Ads 3.0 and get instant access to the EG Ads Operators, the deets are here. Zac

@Zac Hansen I was meaning, I don't understand the words. I was going to jump in at $47, but wanted to understand those words, before purchasing.
Campaign Update: Stop the Wrong Men at the Door 🚀
We recently wrapped up our first campaign for Stop the Wrong Men at the Door, and I thought I'd share some of the numbers and what we've learned. Results: - 22 front-end sales ($27 offer) - 8 order bump sales - 2 coaching upsells ($222 each) - 4 bundle sales ($157 each) - Just over $1,750 in total revenue - $123.89 spent on Meta ads The paid ads generated 4 attributed purchases, while the rest of the sales came through our email list and some organic activity. Because everything fed into the same funnel, our attribution isn't perfect, something we'll definitely improve for the next launch. One of the most encouraging metrics was that once people reached the checkout page, around 25% purchased. That tells us the offer itself resonates. The bigger opportunity now is improving the top of the funnel, particularly the hero section of the landing page, so more cold visitors continue through to the checkout. Another highlight was our live presentation. We had around 11 people attend live across the two sessions, and 4 purchased the $157 bundle, which was a really strong conversion rate and gave us confidence that the product is delivering real value. Our next focus is making this funnel work more effectively with cold traffic. We'll be refining the messaging, especially the hero section, improving our tracking and attribution, and then testing whether we can scale profitably with paid ads. Overall, we're really happy with the first run. Lots of things to improve, but it's encouraging to have a product that's converting, getting great feedback, and gives us a solid foundation to build on.

Congrats @Ben Cussel and @Cory Michelle :)
Shout Out
Hey @Zac Hansen ... Just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for telling us about Codex. It's heavenly, compared to Claude. It 'ticks' how I tick. I haven't wanted to fire "dex" (his name) at all. And he performs super well. Just $20/m... and .... he's plugged into my github brain that I created w claude... so... there's a win! So fab. Next step, getting off manus and having just one Ai subscription. I was getting overwhelmed with three. Just want SIMPLE. Thanks ;)
My first 4 sales in 24h make me HAPPY
Hey Catalyst Friends! Time for some emotional realness: I struggled the past week to get my stuff online … and I also got my first 4 buyers. Yay! OMG the whole Zac & Ai part was just fabulous … the GHL and Meta part was struggleshit. No kidding. Just to give you an idea: I planned to launch last week Friday, and eventually launched yesterday 5.30 pm! I almost threw my iMac out of the window. Yesterday I had a first sale after 3 hours for the basic offer, today I had 3 sales, 2 for basic + 2 order bumps, 1 for basic + 1 order bump. I struggled a bit creating this and yet I am so happy 😍 I am still in the testing phase but these tiny victories make it already worthwhile. If I can get 4 buyers in 24 hours, I can get 40, or 400 or 4000 in the coming times. I have so much to learn -because I literally knew nothing when I started this journey. Thank you @⁨~Zac Hansen⁩, your method will change my business. 🙏🏻

NEW SWYS BONUS: Building Your AI Micro Offer With ChatGPT Sites
I just created a three-video series on how to use ChatGPT sites to create your own AI micro offer. This is a phenomenal new tool from ChatGPT that allows anyone who is non-technical to rapidly build little AI and useful client micro tools, as well as many, many, many use cases. You can even go as far as password protecting it! This is a great stepping stone without having to build a technical environment, like using things like for sale or connecting different APIs. It's a really good all-in-one way that you can deploy micro tools for your clients and buyers 👌 This is a screenshot of one I created, which you can go and play around with through this link. This took me two minutes to make that I could expand out by recording my own voice, changing the animations and more if you wanted to. https://quiet-minute-breathing.zac-h.chatgpt.site/ The learning portal is live inside the members, inside the classroom.

Hey amazing Zac...This is amazing. Just wondering where the material will be hosted? Is it in the new members area or skool. @Butch Raquel maybe you know? Cheers so much.
