Why AI Bombs At Making Offers 👎
Awe yeah June 1st! Let's rock. Woke up to a nice Telegram notification from my agent that we had a 4K+ day yesterday and we're close to that today too. All from getting buyers and ascending them without calls. The reality is whenever I talk to my partner about business or scaling the motion is clear: Get more buyers. There's an age old moto that lead gen solves ALL problems. And it's damn true. I haven't been running ads in The Productized Coach for over 6 months now and because I got all these buyers (you fine folks) I still get folks reaching out to work together. That's the best part: Buyers often stick around if you have something interesting to say about getting them to where they want to get to. The way to do this is coming up with a million dollar North Star Promise. It's something AI can help with... But it usually involves going a little deep... Figuring out the one thing you do or the one stance you take in the market that the competition glosses over. Allowing you to create a Category of One Offer. I've now created many offers for folks that get them buyers everyday. But the best way to train AI models is to get lots of examples. Which is why I'm sitting down with three more folks to build their offers for them. Where they literally have an offer LIVE they can run ads to inside their funnel builder/cart software before the end of our 1-on-1 session. To be crystal clear... This is something a little new that wouldn't have been possible... But I'm going to literally get your offer live with you in GHL or AZ Funnels with you on that call. Will be a blast. Hey team, Is anyone using SIO (systeme.io) instead of GHL... Sob story: As a bootstrapper, GHL was proving too expensive for my "testing" and getting to market. Has anyone got a spare AC funnel in SIO they could provide??

From burning cash on agencies to having 10X days
Quick one as I’ve had a lot of sun and fun with the girls in the garden today… This goes back to our client Meenakshi helping mamas make sure their babies actually sleep at night. Before working together, she had an agency build her a funnel with three huge red flags: 1. It completely overpromised an unrealistic result where you could put your baby to sleep without crying 🤢  2. It was barley breaking even 👎  3. It required her to be on calls. Sick and tired of the old agency’s work, she took a financial leap of faith (like most clients do) and decided to work with me to build her Micro Offer. When we sat down, I uncovered that Meenakshi had quite an interesting methodology. Often times being a Category of One in a crowded market comes down to pulling out those unique mechanisms that we gloss over but don’t actually lead to results. So we doubled down on that, rebuilt her sales page. The result? She regularly celebrated having “10X days”... …Without touching her ads for over 4 months. Nice win. This is why I use AI to help me but don’t rely on AI to build offers. AI is amazing but it often misses the subtle nuances of what makes things great. Or it glosses over them when it should be doubling down on them. This is why I decided I’m going to sit with a few folks 1-on-1 and build their Micro Offers live with them. Where they walk away from that call having an offer they can literally hit “launch” to on their ads manager. I’ve got three spots open and then I’m shutting this down. Micro Offers = Lost 11 LBS?
Funny story of a new case study coming next week... So I was chatting with Daniel who's an OG marketer. Back in the day when I was learning SEO his name actually popped up as one of the best people to learn from because he is a great at getting traffic. So long story short, Dan was great at getting traffic but couldn't get consistent buyers. And as a result, money was always a bit tight as he's trying to buy a home. So we started working together and I built him his Micro Offer. Started running ads. "Immediate sales" in his words. And went on to make $9K in sales with his Micro and another 10K+ (something nice) on the backend. When we spoke for our case study interview, I noticed he looked different. And because of the sales and cash flow, the stress level just dropped. Starts exercising again. Having a blast. Not a care in the world. Because his biggest worry right now is fulfilling on client demand. Not how to get them. So Daniel is just chilling doing his thing. Getting fit, having a blast. That's the subtle impact of Micro Offers. When you have leverage through offers, the money is nice... But it's the way you live day to day that really changes. Constraints
I always get a fair few folks saying the classic "if only I had more money" line. And I thought I would share a little insight into why this is often the poorest excuse not to do something. The Wright brothers are probably one of the best examples of this. They weren't the obvious pick to figure out human flight. They weren't funded by the government. They weren't backed by some huge institution. They didn't have unlimited time, money, resources or fancy credentials. They had a bicycle shop! Meanwhile, Samuel Langley had the backing of the Smithsonian, a $50K government grant and every logical advantage you could imagine. He was the "smart money" bet. But the Wright brothers had something better. Constraints. Because they didn't have unlimited resources, they had to think differently. They had to test smaller. Move faster. Stay lean. Get creative. They couldn't just throw money at the problem and pretend that was progress. And that's the part most people miss... Sometimes having more resources just gives you more room to be lazy. Which is why the Wright Bothers Won with way less than the competition. I've also experienced many clients who came to me and took a leap to work together who were very financially constrained. Limited resources and they have to make it work. Here's the story of one of them. But most importantly, the lesson is to use your lack of resources as your creative nimble advantage instead of seeing it as a weakness. That doesn't mean buying a course or coaching program if you know you can do it by yourself with 100% certainty. It means using what you have to create exponential results.
