Essentialism
Happy Easter! We enjoyed with a beautiful service at our church and spent the day in the garden. Which I have to say, I'm blessed I picked up gardening because Claude Code begins creating borderline infinite opportunities. And I'm immediately thinking of "with great power comes great responsibility" 🕷️ As right now, companies and business owners are on a path often too focused on the unessential. Because they can ship it/create it they will. Single developers at companies right now are expected to ship features after feature because that is the new norm. While marketers are expected to pump out hundreds of quality creatives every few days now that everyone is feeding the algo with so much creative. But I'll say that I think this is a mistake. Not the moving fast part which is the future but going wide vs deep. Many will sprawl random ideas here or there not leading to anything of substance. And as a result you're just mashing out AI slop that will never see the light of day. The principle of focusing on quality AND quantity still apply. Which means for me what I'm focused on this quarter going forward is spending more time in the garden and being VERY intentional about my work. Where I'm not shipping something for the state of shipping. It must pass the Essentialist filter and declare that this IS truely essential. If it's not, it's just fluff or bloat. And I prefer my businesses lean and dark green. All this to say, question how essential this is before you build it. I've got a running idea tab on my phone to keep these things in rather than jumping into my computer the second inspiration strikes. Because after The Anti Prompt Method, you will have superpowers. The struggle will be to focus your power on what is truly essential. Zac

AI Infused Experiences + Example
I was jamming with Matthew last night in The Catalyst on the future of online education and why I'm so excited for AI. The doom and gloom of most people right now is "AI will replace our industry!" In my mind, it's the exact opposite... I see AI as thee biggest opportunity for our industry and I'll share you why with a golden example: I was working with this client way back in the day who helped clients figure out their lives and get their 💩 together. And she had a VERY cool but completely unscalable way of helping people through a board game she created. Each person (ideally) had the game in front of them and took turns rolling a dice. They then would move up the board and have a new "mission" they would have to do in order to continue moving up the board to win the game. It worked very well and clients loved it! But it was completely unscalable and VERY hard to maintain. That was in 2023. Now? That would be pretty darn easy to create an online game like that following The Anti Prompt Method. You could have it where we all jump on zoom, each person gets a login, they roll the "dice" online and get a card. Without her necessarily having to be there if she wanted it to be a bit more independent. This in my mind is the future of online education. For the longest time we were limited to the mundane of a learning portal with attachments because that was the best thing available to us. Behind the Scenes of a 76K Offer
Happy Saturday, About to step into the garden to get weeding but before I do, I wanted to shed a little light on our March win. So for context, we took our partner from a $24K month in February to a $74K launch in March. I'll be blunt and say it took work on that launch + webinar. Late nights and early morning building the product & the webinar with my partner Jack. As much as I'd love to say "AI just did everything"... it just wasn't the case. We wanted to make sure the script and the webinar flowed like our publishing partner which means we had to put the work in...and it paid off! But although the webinar was tight, I know the BIG thing that really moved the needle was the offer. Hormozi says it best: "Just make a better offer than everyone else." And this is what we missed in Feburary. Because the first month, the "product" was a pile of old courses and a zip file of ugly Word documents and PDFs as we just left our partner in charge. "We handle marketing, he handles fulfillment". But that just doesn't work. So we rebuilt the whole thing with one principle: Make it effortless for the client to get results. So the first thing I did was take a heaping pile of those zip files and turn it into a customized dashboard that can be accessed from anywhere by just going to a website. Instead of reading through massive documents trying to figure it out themselves... they just use the tool, get a customized framework for each client, and start delivering results right away. That we gave lifetime access to and just made an incredible bonus. However, to make sure we have MRR after the three-month access, we built an entire AI platform based on our partner's methodology. And it allows someone to not only get coached by the partner, but also to basically run their entire business and get about 90% of the way there without having to think. So far clients are loving it giving us rave reviews. Which means that after those three months we have a VERY compelling reason to keep paying month after month vs "get more calls".

Weekly update
Partner offer is still cranking 1K/day in ad spend. Interesting to see worldwide targeting is failing us and getting us worse traffic than ever before. Be mindful if you're testing worldwide. A big insight during this process of running up ads compared to what I've previously done... ...worldwide ads are not working nearly as well. For my campaigns I would always literally just turn worldwide on and it would work better every time once we had significant pixel data. For this offer they bomb every single time. I'm not sure if that's because of the offer itself or it's the change in the algorithm but whatever it is, good to be careful of. Currently just targeting four or five countries plus all of Europe and that seems to be working. Currently working on two SaaS apps. First is a new version of the AI Library for The Productized Coach. And the second is a platform for our partner so we can make the offer more "DFY" and less reliant on the expert plus makes the offer 10X better. New 1-on-1 client lost a high 6 figure amount last year from ads, agencies and sales teams... ...also drained his soul of passion in his business. He was completely disconnected. So we dug deep and made a new offer he's 10X more passionate about that's focused on a major trend in the market that major competitors aren't covering... ...and he is now LOVING it! Enrolled 3 new clients off an initial launch and I bet he'll get to 10 before the offer closes down. All without overpaying for a sales team and dropping a mil booking calls. Finishing up the new version of Sell While You Sleep 2.0. Long overdue. My previous attempts to create it just weren't sitting right. Figured out why and now getting the team to deploy page next week then creating the assets. Plus just learning a TON (Claude Skills, Claude Code, Comparing ROASPY and Hyros attribution etc). But enough about me... I'm going to be recording more YT content and having a lot more workshops. So...anything you're struggling with?
