Catalyst Q&A Call is happening in 35 hours
Why Simple is VERY Lucerative
Evening, I think a big thing that I've learned after looking at a lot of offers, though, is the importance of simplicity. It’s something you’ll hear me preach over and over again. Here’s a great example from our Catalyst call today: I’ve been working with Curtis on this offer since he joined in the career growth niche. After a bit of back and forth we found the one thing that people wanted: Get better at public speaking so they can confidently present and get promotions. After a few back and forth calls we got the offer dialed in. To the point where he’s now at a 2X routine on adpsend with just a $27 front end. No order bumps, no upsells. (Well done Curtis!) The premise of what to do now that everything is working is where we start screwing things up. The right answer is to simply do more of what works. More ads like the one that is taking off… Add in 2 order bumps and 2 upsells… And run that workshop live over and over again until it completely stops working. Then flip it into a Micro. The way to do this is to simply not mess everything up reinventing the wheel. Instead it’s quite simply “keep doing what’s working until it breaks and test innovation”. But don’t burn the ship down. And the big reason I love these installs is because they’re simple. I sit with someone 1-on-1 for an hour + Help them get their offer up. And then work with them to cash flow it like Curtis. Now, I know a lot of folks wanted a spot and we had to close it down when we hit our cap. And I’ve got some bad news… We’re in talks with a new publishing partner that runs a 1% Skool group. Massive world wide scale potential and could see scaling his biz from $60K/month to $200K+ installing the right offers. So I was going to take on 5 installs but decided I’ve only got time for three more this July. If you want to reserve your install spot for the tail end of the month, the doc with the details are here

The three phases to get your offer cranking 2K days
I was working away and checked Stripe and found we hit 2K in sales today! Great when we see this happen. But it's important to make sure you engineer the offer the right way in order to make it happen. There's three phases to do this. Vision This is your idea of the offer and the most important part. The thing I'm doing here is looking at the market to figure out what they're buying right now and then playing with how I can create a better offer. Often times "better" is not bigger. It's faster, easier, newer. Example: Everyone was saying "get 100+ buyers per day and 30 clients per month." Very unbelievable for a lot of people. So I said, "Get your first three buyers in 72 hours." Took off like a rocket. Validation This is where we come up with our North Star Promise based on our vision and validate our idea. Validation in my mind is when you're getting consistently three buyers per day. The mistake is moving on to velocity too soon. Here I would simply just have the core product plus one or two order bumps and wouldn't worry about upsells until I have at least three buyers a day. Then once you hit that you move on to: Velocity This is where you're focused on not only increasing the volume of buyers, but increasing the amount each buyer gives you. The way to scale is to be able to spend the most to acquire a buyer. Which is why your goal here is always increasing your average order value... ...and backend conversion rates. Once in Velocity it's a lot of toggling, playing and testing to get it to where you want to get to. And also knowing the easiest way to get there. Which is why I'm not only going to show you what works well, but also just give you the Claude skills so that Claude can do most of it for you with SWYS 2.0. All the details are here if you want to join us at the end of the month and save 180+ by getting the "presale" price. Zac

Getting Clients By Minimizing Risk
Clients flat out don't trust coaches anymore. In any market right now, people are more sceptical than ever of working with someone. Either because they: A) Got burned B) Don't believe the money will get them the ROI (whatever that ROI is for them) C) They believe they can do it themselves with AI/Youtube/Books/Low Ticket Courses These objections are big and strong. But...not absolute truth. What I've experienced over and over again for myself and clients is that even though a person may initially have one of these objections... ...that doesn't mean it's an automatic "no". I know personally that I've made the most amount of money ever when I was pretty financially strapped and invested in the right program. I've experienced a number of my best clients sharing they've taken a big financial risk working together. Which is why we want to focus on that one word: "Risk" Our goal is to make it feel much less like a do-or-die moment by decreasing the amount of risk the client takes, and increasing the amount of risk we take. As an example, one of the things I'm testing for this current launch is doing a four-week trial with new clients AND having a rock solid guarantee. Rather than it being a massive leap of faith to join where you're stuck in a 3 month coaching program... ...you simply dip your toe in the water. And based on my client results, people will come in, get quick wins and choose to keep working together. To be clear... Quick wins don't mean MASSIVE wins. For my clients it's typically 5 clients into a Productized Offer. Some of them go beyond this doing somewhere between 20K-50K in the first 30 days. The anomalies, not the average. However, even if someone gets say one or two clients that they didn't have before... Or you help them stop ONE bad habit in the first 5 days of working with you... After trying to get this result for months on their own... They're going to feel that zero to one momentum. Which is ultimately what we're doing.
SWYS 2.0: TWO of the same ad in the set???
I still can't understand why we should have 2 of the same ad in the ads set... 🤔 Please explain so it feels right doing it that way. My gut inclination is to create 2 different ones to A/B test.
