Yo guys I want to build a good routine for my needs and get more serious about training. I asked chatGPT to build me a routine focusing specifically towards skills like planche pushups, handstand pushups, front lever and one arm pullups. I mainly want to see progress towards these skills, while not really focusing on hypertrophy or general strength. I did mention that I want healthy joints because I noticed my elbows started to hurt after repeating exercises. I included a pdf. I'm thinking about adding a proper warm up routine with resistance bands that I just bought.
