Workout routine suggestions
Goals: - Progress towards planche push up, front lever, one arm pullup, handstand pushup, - Healthy Joints (no pain, overall balance between strenght), Yo guys I want to build a good routine for my needs and get more serious about training. I asked chatGPT to build me a routine focusing specifically towards skills like planche pushups, handstand pushups, front lever and one arm pullups. I mainly want to see progress towards these skills, while not really focusing on hypertrophy or general strength. I did mention that I want healthy joints because I noticed my elbows started to hurt after repeating exercises. I included a pdf. I'm thinking about adding a proper warm up routine with resistance bands that I just bought. I mainly would want if anyone can review the workout and give any thoughts if it's relevant to my goals (edited)

@Chan Woo Park appreciate it brotha, some other guys said the same things and I changed it to planche/front lever. Bought myself resistance bands to warm up shoulders and doing wrist conditioning for my warmups.
