Planche
So I am trianing planche and I want to optimize everything as much as possible so I have a small question what is better for progressing towards planche and planche push-ups. Pseudo planche push-ups or banded tuck planche push-ups ?? Thanks

Start on the right side and then do the same reps on the left side so start with weak part always then math the exact same rep numbers on stronger side
What skills have you mastered in calisthenics?
Most recently I´ve learned handstand to elbow lever. What about you?

Well to the moment I’ll say: tuck planche, adv front lever, freestanding 45 sec handstand, mmmm maybe one arm push-up might count, and small stuff like elevated pike push-up, 10 kg 5 pull-ups , I don’t know those are like the main ones I can think about

With planche leans and tuck holds with assistance of hand or one leg. And remember to have food protraction
Im thinking of making a new routine rate it
Monday 80% fullbody 20% skills Tuesday rest/mobility Wednesday 50% fullbody 50%skills Thursday rest/mobility Friday 80%fullbody 20%skills Saturday rest/mobility Sunday rest Every day I do a daily stretch but on most rest days il spend 20 min on flexibility and mobility On rest days I might take a 20 to 30 min walk in the morning

@Jigdrel Wangchuk it’s one week of trianing where you lower everything sets and reps by 50%

@Jigdrel Wangchuk to not over fatigue the muscles and specially nervous system. The deload week allows to rest without losing progress
