MY CHEST AND TRICEP ROUTINE!!!!!
SO HERE IS MY CHEST AND TRICEP ROUTINE.
FIRST OF ALL . I DO 4 SETS. OF EACH AND EVERY EXERCISE I AM WRITING BELOW. IN THE FIRST SET I GO WITHOUT WEIGHTS AND DO MY MAX REPS AND IN THE OTHER THREE SETS I DO IT WITH WEIGHTS (MY BACKPACK) AND DO THE MAX REPS , HOWEVER I TRAIN LIKE LESS REPS AND MORE DIFFICULTY IN THE LAST THREE SETS , SO I AM ABLE TO PULL OUT ONLY 6-7 REPS.
HERE'S MY PUSH EXERCISES THAT I DO
Standard pushups
Diamond pushups
Decline pushups
Acher pushups ( only 1 set of max reps ) then side to side push ups ( remaining three sets)
Depth push ups ( I keep my hands on bunch of books , so yeah , a lot of depth is increased, idk the name of those pushups)
Tricep push ups
After that I do the bring sally up and down challenge ( I get so exhausted that I can only do for 1 min 3O sec around but it acts like push hold and a finisher )
Here's one more thing
I keep changing the last two push exercises, sometimes I do that one in which we do push up and tricep push up together ( idk what's it called again ) , sometimes explosive, but now I hv decided to do it on skill days . HOW IS MY WORKOUT! ANY ADVICE WILL BE HELPFUL :)
