@Lucas Torres I know , for skills we need to train in volume not intensity. But I just want to know if this method helps in strength gaining.

@Matas Babich so, it did help u with ur strength? Because once we get strength, learning skills becomes easier.
Weighted vest..
So , I wanted to progressive overload. In calisthenics. I thought I would use weights. I started doing pushups with backpact and now I can do 15 reps of that backpack which is of 13 kgs . I literally am facing problems while doing pushups with my backpack. I really am thinking to buy a adjustable vest ( 20 kgs ) if u guys have any recommendations, pls , feel free to share them with me and also , I am a student so ..pls if u guys have some cheaper ones , than I will be grateful to you. Thank you.

@Chan Woo Park thank u mate ! Yes I tried doing pushups with dumbbells in my bag but they went horrible ! I will buy a vest now

I need help
Hey guys, I’ve got a question. I’ve been practicing the L-sit, but I’ve realized I’m super inflexible. The other day I even got a cramp in my thigh while practicing. Do you have any flexibility routines you could share that have worked for you? I’m also trying to put together a solid core routine to get strong enough for the L-sit, so any recommendations would be awesome.

I didn't realise Lsit requires stretching! Like when I was learning it, I used to feel cramps as well but overtime they were all right. Tho I also need a good abs routine..till now I was using Carolina girvan's 10 min core workout 😶

Push ups. Again.
So , I thought I would do pushups, and try to find out my max. I made a video and I feel so not satisfied. It's the form that's making me feel bad ig. It's been a year and I hv started feeling like I can't even get push ups right ! Here's me doing those pushups and pls , y'all , pls help me find out the mistakes in my form and how to get better. Pls. (And sorry for the music behind, I thought it would help me cook)

NOT AGAIN!
Pushups again !! So I am noticing this from past few chest workouts( which is Obv pushups and all , no weights ) that I feel my chest a lot during the workout but the next day my front lats pain so fuch ! My chest isn't even that sore . I don't know why this is happening. I have been doing push ups for a log time now ..my elbows don't flare out , they make an 45 degree angle , I do pushups in controlled way . However...I may be having a arched back ..( but only in some reps when I get too tired ) can arched back be a reason for the pain or is there anything else concerning it . Any advice will be helpful..!
