how important are calories for losing weight?
i am still a teenager (17) and cannot track what i eat for dinner because my mom cooks dinner (i can control my breakfast and lunch). i'm scared that I will go over my calorie goal and not be able to lose weight.
should i just eat and focus on training, or should i pay attention to the food i eat during dinner?
any advice?
