fatigue
my 3 sets of inverted rows usually go in a decending order of reps, and i think it is because of fatigue?
so i want to ask, am i making "less gains" if my reps go down during the 3 sets?
also i wanted to ask if from workout to workout i just work to even out the number of reps between each set, is that a good idea?
