can i build muscle and strength without feeling the muscle?
i have always been stuck on this question. while training back (usually with inverted rows), i have a tough time feeling my back muscles. while doing pushups, i dont really feel my chest working (though sometimes i get a small pump).
so my question, specifically for inverted rows, do i need to feel the muscle in order to build muscle and strength? like feel my back contracting and stuff.
