Just started my callisthenics this is day one I’m here is what my plan is please suggest and advice needed.
PUSH DAY:
knee push ups
Dip progression (still holding up the position)
Incline pike push ups
PULL DAY:
Holding on the door (progressing for pull ups)
LEG DAY:
Squats
Pistol squats (progressing)
Split squats
Cardio Rest day
