Yin Yang Qigong (Weekly Qi 11.30.25)
Intention: I sense that "something more" means working through some of the Weekly Qi videos.
Practice: I want to continue my focus on Yin and Yang Qigong so am alternating between those and whatever recent session pops up next.
After: Going longer (30 min) after a month of 15-20 mins at a time definitely boosts the challenge. I'm loving it! I have a mostly desk job, and with that comes lots of tension in the muscles behind my shoulder blades. Almost every time I practice I feel some release in that tension.
Question: What are some particular movements that address that tightness behind the shoulders? Perhaps I've already learned them?
