Intention: After a couple of weeks focussed on Yin and Yang Qigong, I wanted to try "something more" this morning.
Practice: I warmed up with 10 min of Yin and Yang Qigong, then moved on to the Weekly Qi from Feb 26.
After: I feel like I got some good exercise. I had to chuckle at Sonny's closing comment, "Sweating but not panting." The fact that I felt on the verge of some panting this morning reminds me that I have a long way to go on this journey.
