Week in review.
  • Started the 10 day challenge. On the 4th day I noticed that I was spending way to much time in my head, analysing what I was going to say about my practice, sometimes before I even practiced. felt like I defeating the purpose.
  • Stayed true to my daily practice. Focusing on the breath. Using the body to clear the mind. Noticing as the hands crossed center line. Not needing to talk about it.
  • Had a new appreciation for all the why's of my Qigong practice and why I love it.
