Started the 10 day challenge. On the 4th day I noticed that I was spending way to much time in my head, analysing what I was going to say about my practice, sometimes before I even practiced. felt like I defeating the purpose.
Stayed true to my daily practice. Focusing on the breath. Using the body to clear the mind. Noticing as the hands crossed center line. Not needing to talk about it.
Had a new appreciation for all the why's of my Qigong practice and why I love it.
