Week in review.
- Started the 10 day challenge. On the 4th day I noticed that I was spending way to much time in my head, analysing what I was going to say about my practice, sometimes before I even practiced. felt like I defeating the purpose. - Stayed true to my daily practice. Focusing on the breath. Using the body to clear the mind. Noticing as the hands crossed center line. Not needing to talk about it. - Had a new appreciation for all the why's of my Qigong practice and why I love it.

@Maya Rodriguez Thank you. I appreciate the encouragement. It's felt harder to feel grounded latley. I've been giving my nervous system some extra love and attention to get through it. Extra grounding circles. Thanks again for all you do and for the channel you helped to create.

@Nilah Cote that's what I was trying to figure out
Check in
Good morning everyone. I thought I would share a few of my own personal mile stones that I've reached since joining this community. Breathing in through the nose, out through the mouth. I use to breath in and out through the nose only. My breath was coordinated with my movement, but for me, #1 game changer. I feel the rise and fall. My #2 thing that has helped me ~ the gaze is subtle. I never really knew where to look. I even realized I had my eyes closed a lot of the time. Anyway, the gaze being subtle and noticing the hands crossing center line. Noticing top position , then bottom Looking forward to learning more.

Greetings from Idaho
Greetings to all my new chi friends. My name is Anna and I'm from Burley Idaho. I've been part of this community for about a month now and I am loving it I found qi gong on u tube about 6 years ago and have practiced almost every day as part of my self care routine. I don't think I gave self care much thought in my younger years, or maybe I just took it for granted. Turning 50, change of life, [on so many levels.] Anyway, I'm so happy to have found this channel and awesome community. I feel a real up level in my practice.
