So I am trying not to sound like a heretic here…
I’ve just finished day four and things are going very well.
My question is as follows…
In my daily Training I am used to doing some form of Low impact exercise, plus I always add on at least 30 minutes of cardio. Either cycling or elliptic or more intensive weight training..
has anyone got any suggestions as to what would be complementary and work well with the program here or am I just trying to get ahead of myself?
