I found myself eager to begin this session today.
Before: I was tight and feeling my shoulders and back. Going through the tutorials before my session I noticed that I loosened a little and appreciated the warmup
After: I was definitely more relaxed. I came to a couple realizations that my feet seemed to be stronger and that there were times that I forgot to engage my legs in the moves. After discovering this, I embraced the full body engagement and settled in to the experience.
