Sales Saver or T3?
Got a signed Sales Saver LOU for an $18K offer (I get 25% per sale) - all good.
BUT.. on the call with their head of sales, I realized they run more solid follow-ups than the bizowner thought 👍👎
Here’s their funnel:
They drive $47 signups for a 3-day workshop through networking events. Some upgrade to VIP, paying $85 total before the workshop.
Workshop teaches coaches/healers to use orchestrated events to boost authority, merge lists with collaborators, and generate engaged opt-ins.
MVP done with them on the workshop - to give them a taster and then leave them overwhelmed with "things to do to get there".
Workshop Day 2: They present the full $18K offer (the way to get there WITH the coach).
Workshop Day 3: They start 1:1 conversations with interested attendees.
Head of Sales says they “get a decision” from every attendee before they let them go (following up for up to two weeks.)
So what’s likely left for me are the $47/$85 buyers who did NOT attend.
They do NOTHING with these after the event. No replays. No nothing.
These non-attendees have already pulled out their card once, so they’ve shown intent.
I could run a "positive" campaign focusing on pains and heaven outcomes and NOT the overwhelming "hammer".
But then it become more a post-event T3 campaign, not a Sales Saver?
Important notes:
After signing up for the workshop, they get a TON of high-quality pre-workshop content - enough that some busy/successful prospects MAY decide without attending the live event.
IF that's the case, I could be scoooooping them up - but I can't know.
I have an affiliate offer I created with another partner that compliments this perfectly (and pays me an extra $400 over in that backend too when fully converted).
I planned to use this to spark interest for the Sales Saver, but it would be useable for a T3 campaign bonus too?
Or to help spark convos as a "PS" addition to the RSVP T1?
(You missed the webby.. but reply to this and we have something special for you)
So… Is this essentially now a T3 campaign run immediately after the event as a "parallel" funnel for all the non-attendants (actually an extra revenue stream they haven't even considered) ?
