Now that I have your attention… @Travis Sago is offering to spill the beans on his new Giving Fun-nell to Wrangle Partners but he says not enough Ronin are chiming in! From the early results he shared, this Fun-nell looks like “the sex”, as the kids used to say… Would you help your fellow Ronin out and go vote on this poll so we can get the party started? @Andrew Miner already voted. Love your headline 😄
Can you place this $97 offer on OfferLab or similar platform?
You can do what you want with the income from OfferLab, and we can work out a split on what I make on the backend. Evergreen self-sabotage problem, solved in a finger-pointy specific and unique way. Backend offer sold 10K+ in different variations over the past 10 years.

Newsletter/email list handover
I'm taking over a 15K email list for a OG coach/teacher who are now only focusing on educating coaches in his methodology. The list was responsive when he was sending nurture emails 1-2 times a week, but he has not done that for the last year and a half or so. It has been cleaned up, and he has bought tech assistance to make sure the new emails are seen. I'll be selling a repurposed evergreen offer that has sold 10K+ pieces in different variations, and we're treating this as a "new branch" of his business. Meaning I got full control. The plan is to have him send out the first email saying hi, long time, this is what's happened and here's what I'm doing now. Then introduce the new branch and the mission they are invited to join, and at the same time introducing me as the trusted partner running it. I'll then be sending 3-4 nurture & pick emails a week, and a "real" campaign each 2-3 months. I'm thinking of this as kind of a newsletter handover situation, which I have not done before. @Travis Sago QUESTION: what specifically in this type of handover should I absolutely have nailed down for it to work? My checklist says: - Email 1: OG says hi, why he's been away, what's happening now, asks people to write back with anything they want to know more about, and introduces me as the person "running" this. (his signoff) - Email 2+: I introduce me.. (my signoff from here on) - I give out a few freebies very quickly and start sending out content *Maybe email 1 should be split into two emails with his signoff? The danger I see in having him send more than one email, is that they may "opt back in" to receive emails from him, and then drop off when he introduces me. So better to lay it out in the first email. Thoughts? This is a $1,5K offer and there's a $12K backend upsell for buyers who are coaches/healers.

@Leandro Langeani, @Travis Sago Mr. A basically says: - Go with ONE solid introductory email from the OG. - Be a dork (share something human) in your own first email. - Continue to be human... and give some good stuff away asap. Anything to add?

@Travis Sago yeah. This will be much a pen-name kind of situation where they don't really know me other than through the writing. Like T-Dubb, I guess 😎
NEW "Giving Fun-Nel" for 🥶Partner Wrangling
My new Giving Fun-Nel is not only getting 1 in 5 people to respond...(see pic 👇) COMPLETE STRANGERS... It's also taking people from 🧊to 🫠🔥 And getting WARM CONVOS open... That is leading to DEALS (Auction Hero) and other types of collabs. It's fun and NOT WEIRD feeling too! (BTW: this is only 72 records of a 4,000 person (and growing) database.) 👉Any interest in the Giving Fun-nel?

Sales Saver or T3?
Got a signed Sales Saver LOU for an $18K offer (I get 25% per sale) - all good. BUT.. on the call with their head of sales, I realized they run more solid follow-ups than the bizowner thought 👍👎 Here’s their funnel: They drive $47 signups for a 3-day workshop through networking events. Some upgrade to VIP, paying $85 total before the workshop. Workshop teaches coaches/healers to use orchestrated events to boost authority, merge lists with collaborators, and generate engaged opt-ins. MVP done with them on the workshop - to give them a taster and then leave them overwhelmed with "things to do to get there". Workshop Day 2: They present the full $18K offer (the way to get there WITH the coach). Workshop Day 3: They start 1:1 conversations with interested attendees. Head of Sales says they “get a decision” from every attendee before they let them go (following up for up to two weeks.) So what’s likely left for me are the $47/$85 buyers who did NOT attend. They do NOTHING with these after the event. No replays. No nothing. These non-attendees have already pulled out their card once, so they’ve shown intent. I could run a "positive" campaign focusing on pains and heaven outcomes and NOT the overwhelming "hammer". But then it become more a post-event T3 campaign, not a Sales Saver? Important notes: After signing up for the workshop, they get a TON of high-quality pre-workshop content - enough that some busy/successful prospects MAY decide without attending the live event. IF that's the case, I could be scoooooping them up - but I can't know. I have an affiliate offer I created with another partner that compliments this perfectly (and pays me an extra $400 over in that backend too when fully converted). I planned to use this to spark interest for the Sales Saver, but it would be useable for a T3 campaign bonus too? Or to help spark convos as a "PS" addition to the RSVP T1? (You missed the webby.. but reply to this and we have something special for you)

@Travis Sago thank you! Yes, I've got 15hrs+ of video from the last event and a load more stuff. Could def. put that through an AI and have it spit out a set of PDF pages. They're using GHL and the project manager seems pretty tight with that system, so tracking clickers will be no problem. QUESTION: I thought about using the bonus I sourced for the Sales Saver in some way for the T3 campaign, but that may blur the picture if I am essentially trying to make them download the PDF run-through of the event (should keep them focused on that instead of a bonus) ?? Then save the bonus for a possible later follow up..
