CDOD: A lesson on not quitting
What's up my Ronin homies? If you saw my last post, I got a reply from a lady that I want to partner with after sending the One Sentence Offer email. That was tap number 6. I made a personalized Loom and sent it over after following the suggestions from @Honey Syed and @Jakob Holmelund. I previously completed her program and shared a small testimonial on how it helped me. She replied back and wanted more info, which I sent to her. Then, she went silent. I was just about to give up after sending my 11th tap on Saturday. She had opened them all but no response. Instead... I decided I'm sending her the personalized DUMBO tap. I had to do it through email because I didn't have another channel that reached her directly. I said: Am I being a dumbo thinking we could do something together? I'd love to get meaningful movement going on a fun auction with you Kelly. Commish only. I do all the heavy lifting. Maybe I'm way off base here? You won't hurt my feelings if it's not a fit! - Chad She had just sent out an email about wrapping up a series she called Meaningful Movement. Welp, she just replied with this: Hi there, Sorry for the delay, my assistant had a family emergency and I wanted to include her in this process. We just discussed this and are very interested in learning more. It is very helpful that you have completed my program and understand my product and my passion for helping people. We are curious how this works: is it over email, text or social media? A hero package might include: A package of 1:1 eSessions with me, access to the Family Plus membership and a Abdominal Rehab splint. The little Chad on my shoulder kept saying that I must have messed up somewhere. Turns out she was waiting on her assistant to come back from a family emergency. Had I just given up and not sent one more tap? I'd probably never have known that. Since I'm not smart enough to figure it all out by email, I'll be suggesting a coffee date.
