Million dollar deal on my desk? 💰

Just got off a call with an artist friend.

Has 100k followers on IG and sells his art online.

However, he recently started coaching artists to sell their art online too.

He does $10k - $30k/m at $2990 price point (he even did $100k one month).

His problem? His phone closers.

He fired them all in one day in a fit of rage lol.

He hates them for all the reasons we know and love.

So we had a coffee date, I mentioned DM selling and email, 30-50% revshare and he was VERY open to it.

The Good News:

His offer and pre-selling is very weak - HUGE potential.

The Bad News:

His sales rely on IG ads (ad->dm->call) and his email list is less than 500.

So I said Id sleep on it to crockpot a plan (talk to you guys lol)

What do you think is my best first step here?

Also what should I be concerned about?
