There’s a lady who rents out millionaire’s private jets. She doesn’t own the jets. Just get’s control of them (when the owner isn’t using them)... And rents them out to other people and businesses. Which, even to me… Would have triggered Little James to say: “No one will give me their JET” Turns out they will. This lady figured out jet owner’s needs. Like Travis always says… “Give Heaven Island enough time - it’ll turn into Hell Island.” In this case? Having their own jet, and the convenience that came with it, was the Heaven Island. The Hell Island is the cost of storage and upkeep when it’s not being used. Turns out storing a jet is spendy. Solution to jet owners? Let someone rent out their jet to cover the expenses. WHY THIS MATTERS TO RONIN If someone can get control of other people's multi-million dollar jets... …Which could cost hundreds of thousands if something goes wrong… …Or God forbid the plane crashes? Surely, we can get control of digital products, lists, and audiences that cost basically nothing… …And have little chance of creating a Donner Party situation. Right? (This post is a reminder to myself as much as anything)

Being about to send a 6 figure wire and not needing to 'play it safe' with partners anymore... ...Because I have to worry about making the mortgage payment... ... Just got off a call with an artist friend. Has 100k followers on IG and sells his art online. However, he recently started coaching artists to sell their art online too. He does $10k - $30k/m at $2990 price point (he even did $100k one month). His problem? His phone closers. He fired them all in one day in a fit of rage lol. He hates them for all the reasons we know and love. So we had a coffee date, I mentioned DM selling and email, 30-50% revshare and he was VERY open to it. The Good News: His offer and pre-selling is very weak - HUGE potential. The Bad News: His sales rely on IG ads (ad->dm->call) and his email list is less than 500. So I said Id sleep on it to crockpot a plan (talk to you guys lol) What do you think is my best first step here? Also what should I be concerned about?
