It's been awhile since I have made a post and have been active. As we all know life puts challenges in front of us, and we need to meet them head on. With that said, we experience positives as well- this is one of them for me. https://mrhealthandfit.com/2026/john-coneset If this message resonates, I’d truly appreciate your support. Not for ego, but to help amplify a message that discipline, character, and whole-man wellness still matter. I’ve been selected as a finalist for Mr. Health & Fitness 2026, and I receive that with genuine humility. This isn’t my first chapter with Mr. Health & Fitness. My journey here mirrors my life—progress, setbacks, recalibration, and resolve. There were seasons when my health drifted, focus slipped, and discipline had to be rebuilt from the ground up. No shortcuts. No spotlights. Just daily decisions. That lived experience is what I bring to the Real Men Real Style community. It’s never been about perfection. It’s about standards. About reminding men—especially those who believe their best years are behind them—that real health is comprehensive: physical strength, mental clarity, emotional resilience, and social connection, all working together. My compass remains constant: Passion. Purpose. Presence. Passion to do the work. Purpose to make it meaningful. Presence to show up fully—in my body, my mind, my relationships, and my community. Being named a finalist isn’t a finish line—it’s a platform. One I intend to use to reinforce a timeless truth: real men take responsibility for their health, their appearance, and their impact—at every stage of life.

WINNER for the "Turning Point" Challenge 🥁🥁🥁
Gents - this challenge was a blast! We had so many transformation and turning-point stories shared, and every single one was inspiring in its own way. Seeing you guys show up, reflect, and take action is exactly what this community is about. Now… for the winner 🥁🥁🥁 🏆 WINNER: @Sean Kavanaugh Sean’s turning point started with years of feeling limited by his size — wearing looser clothes to hide, tailoring only for length, and cycling through “progress… then back to old habits.” Then life changed the trajectory. He stepped into a new chapter, started carrying himself differently, and eventually hit the real wake-up call: About 18 months ago, he woke up with his knees hurting and decided, “Enough is enough.” He committed to keto and consistent workouts — and that kickstarted not just weight loss, but a complete style evolution. What changed for Sean: - He’s down 75 pounds, with another 15–20 to go - Fit became the priority — not “whatever works,” but “what actually looks sharp” - He rebuilt his wardrobe intelligently (thrift + resale + tailoring) as his body changed - He leveled up so much that in December he bought an off-the-rack suit that only needed a hem — not a full reconstruction And the best part? He didn’t keep it to himself. He posts consistently, tracks his progress, and credits the community for helping him feel more confident in who he is — and where he’s going. @Sean Kavanaugh — we're proud of you! Everyone else: keep those stories coming in the community feed. This is how we build momentum — one decision, one upgrade, one win at a time!

🚨 Jan 31st LIVE Call with the Founder of MaxAroma 🚨
The turning point in life that made me humble
The turning point that made me humble and made me dressing up the way I wanted without being worry about what others think about my outfit. The old me just lived a casual, everyday, good "normal life" and didn't think much deeper about life, but just took it for granted every day. One day in 2017, I got tingling in my face and went to a doctor who sent me by ambulance to the hospital. By evening, I was completely paralyzed on my entire left side and couldn't even close my left eye, couldn't talk, couldn't walk. A week later, in the intensive care unit of the hospital, I was able to walk 10 meters with a walker, and a year later I was able to walk very slowly without a walker. The entire hospital stay in the intensive care unit and all other care and rehabilitation only cost me about €600 for the entire year's healthcare without me having any health insurance. I'm happy to live in Finland with such good, world-class healthcare. The healthcare is equally guaranteed to all citizens with an upper cost ceiling of approximately €600 per year total. The new me after 2017 has learned gratitude and to fight for life and to be even more positive than before. I have learned to appreciate my health, the one I have left even though it is limited. Learned to be grateful for all the little things that you usually take for granted and to be grateful for all my loved ones. Learned to live life right now in the moment. Learned to no longer take anything for granted because it can disappear in an instant within a few seconds. I have learned to enjoy all the small values in life that one don't see because one are blinded by the speed of the ”normal" life. There is your own quality of life and then another person's quality of life, and those quality of lives are all equally valuable and unique as they are always personal how quality of life is experienced and how it is valued and how it is appreciated. After 2017 the new me finds pleasure in life to dress in a way that you yourself think is nice and that you feel comfortable in. Joining RMRS has been a good forum to develop yourself as well as to learn other skills in life such as how to behave etc. Thank you for all that.
Learn to Value the Struggle
Warriors do not wait for life to be easy to be grateful. They train themselves to see the value in the struggle. Anyone can be thankful when they're winning. Disciplined people are thankful when they're in the middle of the storm. When the pressure builds... They give thanks. Not because they feel good... Because they're still standing. They are passing the test and they know it. Gratitude in pain is not a feeling. It's a choice. It's a strategy. A position. A weapon. It's the refusal to become a victim and the appreciation for the opportunity not to be. The rejection of self-pity. The conscious awareness that every hardship ultimately forges you into who you were meant to become. The world bends to those who remain thankful in the darkness. Be grateful when it's hard. That's when it counts most. ~ Andy Frisella
