Intentionally saying grace

So I don’t know where others stand , but the saying of Grace over family and food is sacred in my family and has been passed down from my great grandfather down to grandfather, usually one of my great uncles then one of my grandmothers or my mother , but now it’s been handed down to me since about last year. I know Ive kinda already talked about this but speaking and praying life with the tongue can be life and death cause the tongue carries fire and energy.

Even my in-laws and wife’s side asks me to say grace.
