Happy New Year to you first of all :), I just want to say that after joining in August, my health has turned from decent to pretty good in the matter of these 4 months. After following Aleks' advice I almost never feel cold anymore, even in the winter and I'm pretty positive it's not the stress hormones. I must also say that life feels a lot more vibrant and beautiful which comes from being saved, but also my nutrition. My parents are also healthier after showing them a few steps in the right direction and it's just wonderful to see that.
