Reclaim Mastermind Results
For all of you out there currently part of this brotherhood who struggle with depression, unfulfillment, learned helplessness, anxiety, lack of vitality, and motivation, I want you to know that I was once in that same place as you a year ago. Joining the brotherhood calls and finally taking action on what had been bothering me for so long changed everything for me. When I began, I hadn't experienced morning wood in over four years. I was struggling with anxiety, insecurity, weakness, emotional instability, negativity, and couldn't seem to break free from my negative feedback loop. Five months into joining Reclaim, here are my results: - Morning wood now occurs 2-3 times per week. Remember it used to be 0. - Anxiety is nearly non-existent. - Achieving pr's in the gym; my Bench Press went from 255 to 285lbs. - No longer battling depression. - Embracing a positive outlook. - Rediscovering passion. - Cultivating inner strength. - Experiencing fulfillment. - Accumulating more wealth. - Diminished Fear. - Diminished Social anxiety. - Increased Mental Toughness. - Ambition and Motivation at an all-time high. - Raised maintenance calories from 2,000 to 4,000. - Temperature went from 96.5-97.0 degrees to 98.0+ depending on the day. If you've been contemplating joining and are eager to transform yourself, I urge you to stop hesitating and take action. Today, as I turn 19, I can confidently say that joining has been the best investment I've made in my life. The guidance and wisdom of Aleks have utterly transformed me. I've only been in reclaim for 5 months and I can't wait to see my results in the next six months.

Macros & Micros (Diet)
Am I eating right? Carbs low but I’m generally inactive (student) until the gym plus I’m currently cutting as BF% is 15-20. Key micro’s second pic.

@Shaib S not good. It’s not about the taste for me. If the food isn’t helping me reach my goal it’s out of the picture.

What’s your pulse and temp like ? Have you fixed your micronutrient deficiencies? How many calories a day are you having? Have you removed blockers from your life?

@Nomaan Ali Maybe you should think about taking thyroid. You can start by taking some T3. I am currently taking T3 and it will have an effect on your body. You have really low thyroid. Don’t be discouraged man you can achieve your goals and raise your test. I would really recommend joining reclaim as it has helped me and many other men not only fix their testosterone but to succeed in all areas of life. Christian and Aleks do a very good job. It’s worth every penny but it’s not easy.
Blood test
I recently got a blood test done for sports and I managed to get my thyroid checked. I got the results today and it says I have 0.94u/ml and the average is 0.5-0.45 Are these good or bad levels?

@Ruan van Winkel Well start tracking it in the morning before breakfast and after breakfast. That’ll let you know if your metabolic rate is good or not. Temps 97.8-98.6 are optimal and a sign that your body is producing enough thyroid. Pulse between 80-85 are the sweet spot. If you’re not there then you are most likely hypothyroid. This is the best way to assess thyroid function. That plus how you feel and what symptoms you have. Also how many calories are you eating ?
