Does anybody know resources where I can learn about foam roller? How to do it, when to do it, what not to do, how to include it in your routine, etc. Feel free to share your experience with it.
Today I had no time to eat earlier and I want to gym now, becuz my gym is packed in like 2 hours. How big is the negative impact, when u eat a meal before a workout? Normally I always wait 2-3 hours
That would depend on each individual needs and life schedule. I personally break the fast with fruit juice. then an hour later I have my first meal, eggs + coffee w/ Milk w/ sugar (a lot of sugar), nutritious and boost metabolic rate. 🍳🥛☕
