Changing from Redtail to HubSpot CRM
Has anyone successfully navigated the change in moving from Redtail over to HubSpot as their CRM solution? This is something we are exploring and I want to know if anyone has experience in doing this before. Thank you for anything you can share.
What CRMs do Advisors use? And what are the alternatives to Redtail/Wealthbox?
A lot of advisors are frustrated with Redtail, if you've seen some of the posts in the Google forum recently - many are considering leaving - but what are the options? First, I want to review 3 AdvisorTech surveys and the market leaders in each (I'll list the top five here and then include the full results attached). Kitces 2021 CRM Survey (Attached): - Redtail - 32.9% - Wealthbox - 22.7% - Salesforce - 13.3% - Other - 8.9% - Junxure - 6.1% T3/Inside Information 2022 CRM Survey (Attached): - Redtail - 58.84% - Wealthbox - 9.05% - Tamarac CRM - 4.98% - Salesforce Financial Services Cloud - 4.63% - Advyzon - 4.25% RIA in a Box 2022 CRM Survey (Top 3): - Redtail - 45% - Wealthbox - 16% - Salesforce - 11% Pretty much across all three surveys, Redtail is the market leader, Wealthbox is in 2nd, and Salesforce or some combination of Salesforce and related Overlays are 3rd. Where do you stand?

Redtail and 401(k) Reviews
We use Redtail. We are beta'ing their client review early access. We have two types of meetings on Retirement plans (401(k) 457 etc.) Fiduciary/Benchmarking and Employee Education. We have set up 2 activity types and will eventually tie them to workflows etc. Any ideas on how we could trigger using those two different types which may be at different times. They would both be annually. I have thought of connecting 2 of the same contacts but I'm not sure how that would work. Any ideas out there?

Tax Operations and Software
Looking for recommendations on an awesome client portal and tax return tracking software! Our current operations is an excel spreadsheet and ProConnect's portal, but we have had a lot to be desired with the portal and with an ever-growing team and new clients, we need better systems in place to reduce room for error. We use Redtail as our CRM and were recommended Karbon as a new client portal and tax status tracker as it integrates with ProConnect, but that is having is pain points as well. Looking to see other firms who also do taxes to see what other systems are out there!
