Advyzon CRM workflows
Hey all - I am banging my head against the wall with a few simple (in my opinion!) issues I can't seem to resolve related to setting up some Advyzon CRM workflows. Most of it has to do with triggering a workflow when a meeting is put on the calendar. Anyone experienced users out there willing to share 10min with me over Zoom or Teams?

Hey everyone. I'm a partner at Mindful Asset Planning in Minneapolis area. I'm mostly in charge of tech and operations (besides my advisor role) and I'm not sure I'm all that qualified! Currently working to migrate from Schwab to Altruist (majority of accounts) and from Advisor Engine to Advyzon (also use Morningstar Direct Advisor Suite) and from Profiles (planning software) to Conquest. We also use Zocks and Holistiplan and are on MS365 (Teams, Sharepoint, Copilot, etc.)
Advyzon Workflows
Our office recently transitioned to Advyzon for our CRM, and we are somewhat overwhelmed by the robustness of its workflow capabilities. Does anyone have workflow templates they are willing to share? Would love to see how other offices use Advyzon to track/manage incoming account transfers, client meetings, etc. Thanks!
